Enable-IT 8955 - PoE & Ethernet Extender DSLAM Concentrator

The Enable-IT™ 8955 100Mbps PoE DSLAM Concentrator is a 2-pair web smart manageable solution that drives Ethernet data, dual voice lines and PoE up to 2,500,ft or 762m distance over a 2-Pair (4 wire) telephone line wiring or better.

The 8955 LRE pushes Ethernet and dual voice simultaneously through existing telephone line to the self powered 870 PoE CPE units. The 8955 aggregates its upstream and downstream bandwidth through a dedicated Gigabit port (either copper or GBIC fiber module) to your Ethernet switching equipment or routers. These DSLAM units offer a significant cost savings for deploying mutiple Ethernet Extension runs from a single location and can be rackmounted for convenience.
The EoVDSL(Ethernet over VDSL) provides up to 100Mbps Full duplex capability that enables many Multi-Media services such as IPTV, VOD (Video on Demand), Voice over IP, and Video cameras - triple play support for any device.

Each port on the 8955 supports 100MB full duplex to the remote (8) 870 PoE CPE units. For use with Enable-IT 870 PoE CPE units only, available individually.
