Cost Effective product recommendations

Just needed to as a specific question. There was a cable vendor that ran a CAT5 cable about 700ft and we know that it is only good until about 300-350ft. All we are doing is connecting a main building to a side building. We don't want to spend a bunch of money because there will only be one computer hooked up. There is already a voice line. What product would you recommend?
